Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Shiloh platform operated by Shiloh app LLC. By accessing or using getshiloh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using Shiloh, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using Shiloh on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Shiloh is a student productivity platform that allows users to upload course syllabuses and automatically extract deadlines, assignments, and key dates for use in personal calendar applications. As well as grade calculation, reminders, and assignment tracking.
You may use Shiloh to upload syllabuses and course materials for extracting deadline information, export calendar data to third-party applications, and share access with other students for legitimate academic purposes.
You may not use Shiloh to upload content you don't have the right to submit, reverse engineer the platform, violate applicable laws, upload malicious files, or misrepresent your identity.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We retain uploaded content until class cards are deleted, then uploaded content is completely deleted from databases.
The Shiloh platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Shiloh app LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Institutions that wish to deploy Shiloh under a formal agreement should contact us to execute a separate institutional license agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed institutional agreement, the institutional agreement governs.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI-extracted deadline information will be 100% accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for verifying deadline information against your official course materials.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHILOH APP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shiloh app LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas.
